Yes you can get it from the bavysoft website if you pay. I don't think it's fair if you get it for free if other people payed 30 dollars to buy it. But even if somebody knew of a website or any other place you could get it the comunity leaders would delete the post because it's illigal.

Terms of Service, section 5. Please pretend to have a clue. Of course now you'll write back about how you were really going to buy it all along and just needed the website address.

chris, birdman posted the original long before the terms were made. Although, if someone had said, "I've got a copy," I think that would violate the terms. but, as no one has said that. As much as he annoys me, I think birdman is in the clear on this one

not really.
he's asking for someone to give him material illegally. ask us other developers how we feel about that.

liam, how do you feel about that, lmfao! I know, but when he said it, it wasn't violating the "rules"

Buy the game, and don't wine!
I don't care, if you like the game, buy it! Don't be a twit and rip off the developers. They've put lots of work into a game, and they have earned my support as well as yours!

If someone asks where he/she can get a copy of chillingham, they'requesting just that. Had an individual intended to purchase same, the question would have been phrased differently: "Does anyone know where I would purchase chillingham?" Then, of course, someone could write privately with an answer if it's not allowable to post the website. Pirating is not good, but this person probably wouldn't be the first, nor would he be the last to acquire illegal copies of anything. Whether it's right or wrong, it's not up to us to judge. People have the freedom of choice; if the choice made is bad, he/she will suffer the consequences. If you buy the game, you're better off! Someone could send a copy that might not be produced properly. It's not ethical, but I leave it to folks to follow their consciences.

true, but we just don't want the zone to turn in to an avenue for sharing information about illegal activitys. But on the topic of Bavisoft. I certainly won't be purchasing another of their games. I own a copy of chillingham and was rather let down. they charge quite a large sum for it, and there are games that are cheaper that have more engaging content and are cheaper. Heck. I could do what bavisoft does and charge less for it.
